Factors Affect the Learning Motivation at Khoa Tri English Center (KTEC)

The research investigates how the factors affect the learning motivation at Khoa Tri English Center (KTEC) by interviewing directly 250 learners. The ARCS model together with the method of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, EFA analysis and multiple regression analysis were used with the SPSS program. The result shows that the effects of the factors on study motivation at KTEC, decreasingly by the importance: satisfaction, confidence, relevance, attention. The research also suggests some solutions for KTEC management board to enhance the learners’ motivation in order to get better learning results for all sorts of the learners at KTEC
