FiveTen Group speeds and hones global recruitment : Software helps consultants to spend more time with clients
Purpose – Reveals that global recruitment company FiveTen Group has deployed DaXtra Capture software across five of its brands in the US, Australia, UK and EMEA – with Russia soon to follow. Design/methodology/approach – Examines the reasons for the deployment, the form it takes and the advantages it has brought. Findings – Explains that the software has streamlined the capture of candidate data, enabling the business to reduce administrative effort and ensure consultants have immediate access to information. Practical implications – Describes how, in a time-sensitive market, eradicating the administrative overhead is enabling FiveTen Group consultants to rapidly identify candidates who will deliver value and spend time creating the strong relationships that are key to demonstrating value to clients. Social implications – Highlights the key changes to the recruitment industry brought about by social networking and the like. Originality/value – Reveals how one company is using technology not only to preserve its position in a declining marketplace, but also to grow.
