The traine the trainers program has the purpose to help the students in the process in acquiring specific skills and competences concerning the adult training programs. In contemporary society lifelong learning is currently a necessity. During this training students will have the opportunity to acquire these key competencies needed in developing training programs for adults. Special emphasis is placed on appreciative pedagogy, model taken from the field of appreciative inquiry, which proposes a new form of rapprochement between the trainee and trainer.
