FORMING OF THE SYSTEM OF LOGISTIC SERVICE ON THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT OF UKRAINE

In the article possibility of forming on the base of railway transport of Ukraine of the competitive system of logistic service is investigated in the article. In opinion of author, under the system of logistic service on the railway transport of Ukraine, it is necessary to understand the complex of services indissolubly related to the process of distribution, that is carried out by logistic centers that specialized in the field of logistic service in the process of supply of material resources to the different consumers of material streams. For the improvement of logistic service on the railway transport of Ukraine it is necessary to carry out : market of transportations, that envisages his dividing into the competition groups of consumers depending on their requirements in certain services, geographical location of consumers, character of services that is done and to the list of the most meaningful for customers services, segmentation; establishment of standard services is in the cut of separate transport market segments; estimation of the rendered services on the basis of intercommunication between the level of service and cost of services, and also determination of level of service, necessity is for providing of competitiveness; establishing a reverse connection is with the customers of services in the aim of estimation of satisfaction of their necessities.
