FP7 projects with eastern Europe and central Asia (EECA) in the area of food, agriculture and fisheries, and biotechnology research

The eastern Europe and central Asia countries catalogue presents 28 projects selected for funding under FP7 Theme 2 'Food, agriculture and fisheries, and biotechnologies' during 5 years (2007-2012). By bringing together science, industry and other stakeholders, these projects aim to exploit new and emerging research opportunities in the areas of food, agriculture and forestry, fisheries and aquaculture, and biotechnologies, and therefore contribute to creating a strong and competitive bioeconomy and offering solutions to challenges facing Europe and the world.
