The present note captures some of the discussions during the presentation of the draft final report at a technical meeting in Brussels on 27 January 2016. During the meeting, and supported by the following written comments and contributions, it is clear that there are different views on a number of issues among stakeholders. This is also reflected in judgement of and comments to the draft final report, its analyses and conclusions.
