Gathering additional data on EU combined transport : final report

The key objectives of the present study are related to the collection of data on Combined Transport (CT) in the EU and their analysis to provide different sets of indicators which can be used to inform the Impact Assessment of possible amendments by the European Commission to Directive 92/106/EEC. Based on the results of a survey conducted in 2016, the study makes use of quantitative and qualitative data from 2015 which was the reference year for which information was requested from respondents to the survey. The data collected for this study is in addition to that gathered in the fact-finding study entitled "Analysis of the EU Combined Transport", which was carried out in 2015. In parallel to the present study, an update of the dataset for this 2015 study is being carried out.
