Gender gap in pensions in the EU : research note to the Latvian Presidency

This report demonstrates the importance of pensions as a determinant of economic independence. However, it also outlines significant structural gender differences that contribute to the gender gap in pensions, including labour market participation, distribution of working hours (in particular part-time work) and the gender pay gap.
