The conference was sponsored and hosted by the UCLA Institute of Transportation Studies and cosponsored by the University of California Transportation Center, the New England University Transportation Center at MIT, the UCLA Institute of Industrial Relations, and UCLA’s Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies.
