GROUND OF MECHANISM OF CO-OPERATION OF ENTERPRISES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT WITH THE ENTERPRISES OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

The article is devoted to the analysis of integration processes in business and choice of form of co-operation of enterprises of railway transport with the enterprises of external environment. Approach is grounded to forming of strategic segments of railways. The mechanism of co-operation of enterprises of railway transport with the enterprises of external environment by creation of strategic alliances within the limits of strategic segments of railways is developed.
