Have You an Intervention Strategy?

This article gives you the opportunity to contribute your views on how to proceed with a real “stop‐action” case, which is outlined below. It is hoped that readers will forward to this journal a brief strategy of how they would approach the situation: a selection will be published in a later edition, together with the actual entry strategy used and subsequent results. I am sure this approach of participation is not unique, but it may help us all understand and learn from alternative options open to practitioners in this field of work.
