Housing Construction as a Factor in Demographic Dynamics
The article deals with the unsatisfactory conditions of existing houses and apartment buildings as well as the slowdown in current housing construction in Russia. An analysis of the correlation between the level of housing construction and demographic dynamics reveals the significance of effects on the population with respect to the availability of low-cost housing.
