How to Protect the Interests of the Consuming Enterprise
The decisions of the Twenty-fifth Party Congress on the general improvement of the effectiveness of production in the Tenth Five-Year Plan and in subsequent periods and on the reliance on quality indicators require preeminently the harmonious efforts of all elements of the production apparatus. Under modern conditions it is especially important to ensure the uninterrupted work of enterprises and associations, since as a result of the high level of specialization and close coordination, the effectiveness of their work depends substantially on the suppliers.
