The article deals with the problem of the impact of experience on the successful passing of GTO Complex's standards. Experience is connected with the availability of human skills to perform certain motor actions, which can significantly shorten the training period. In this case, incorrectly formed skills can significantly complicate work, requiring the time-consuming process of retraining. However, at the same time, the negative experience of the person can also negatively affect preparation for passing GTO complex's standards. Thus, the negative learning experience will be the obstacle for successful progress, increasing the training period, while the presence of positive experience can significantly shorten the training time. At the same time, motivation plays a huge role, which manifests itself in the desire to be trained, as well as its expectations and plans for the future. We made the conclusion that experience has the significant influence on passing GTO complex's standards which is certainly intertwined with other spheres of human activity (professional, personal life, etc.)
