Imperative Analysis of Management Practices and Business Work Ethics : Impact on Quality of Work Life Among Employees in United Arab Emirates

The researchers used the descriptive survey design. The respondents of the study were 15 managers and 77 employees (rank and file). Researchers' validated instruments were administered to the respondents which are divided into two parts. Frequency counts and Percentages and Analysis of Variance at 5% level of significance were used to address the hypotheses of the study. On the bases of the statistical analysis and interpretations, it was found out that Management Practice indicators are significantly relevant and important to the quality of work life of employees. Further, it was found out that business work ethics indicators are relevant to their quality of work life among employees in UAE. Given the statistical results, it was found out that the hypotheses posed at the onset of the study were rejected. Based on the findings, it is concluded that respondents viewed the Management Practices and Business Work Ethics indicators as very important and relevant indicators to their quality of work life United Arab Emirates
