Improvement of labor flexibility in Romanian companies using practices in the field in some EU countries
In current conditions, many EU countries are characterized by crisis, respectively economical recessions. Based on the study undertaken in 2009 by the European Trade Union Institute for Research, Education, Health and Safety are presented the measures applied in some EU countries regarding the labor flexibility as well as the difficulties faced by the human resources management from the organizations of the respective countries. The study makes an analysis of various forms of insuring the labor flexibility: working time flexibility, contractual flexibility, functional flexibility, wage flexibility. There are analyzed a series of good practices on internal flexibility of labor applied in some European organizations.
