IMPROVEMENT OF METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF PERSONNEL FOR THE INCREASE OF MOTIVATION OF WORK ON THE ENTERPRISES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

The article is devoted the analysis of the factors influencing estimation of work of the personnel. The advanced method of estimation of different categories workers is offered. It is shown that the effective system of estimation of the personnel is the important factor of motivation of its work.
