Inequality in transport and communications network development in Oyo State, Nigeria

Of the twenty-four local government areas, ten were found to have relatively low levels of infrastructure provision, while nine had medium levels, and five had high levels. The results of this study were applied to the design of a project funding system in which the proportions of the federal government's participation increase as the level of infrastructural provision decrease, while those of the state and local governments increase with them.
