Influence of Self Efficacy, Motivation to Learn, and School Environment towards Student Achievement

The research aims to: (1) know the influence of self efficacy on learning achievements, (2) to know the impact of motivation on learning achievements, (3) to know the influence of the school environment on learning achievements. The population in the study was grade X and XI students in high school. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and test T. It can be concluded that: (1) The effect of self efficacy on student learning achievement; (2) There is an influence of motivation to learn to students ' learning achievements; (3) There is a environmental influence on learning achievement; and (4) There are influences of self efficacy influence, learning motivation, and school environment to students ' learning achievement
