Influence of Practice Experience, Motivation Entering the Work Work and Career Bimbing on Work Readiness of Office Administration Vocational School in East Jakarta

This study aims to analyze the influence of industrial work practice experience, motivation to enter the world of work and career guidance on student work readiness. The contributors to the unemployment rate are also from SMK graduates, quoted from the CNN Indonesia news source, which refers to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) data as of August 2018 which shows Indonesia's Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) of 6.99 million people, or 5.34% of the total workforce of 131.01 people. Of these, SMK unemployed graduates were recorded at 11.24% while high school graduates unemployed as much as 7.95%. From these data shows that SMK graduates who should be easier to get jobs actually give a higher percentage of the unemployment rate compared to high school graduates. On this basis education should not only train student knowledge but also skills according to the competencies that have been learned.
