Information Recovery in Complex Economic Behavior Systems

In this paper, we recognize that reigning econometric paradigms, do not provide a basis for understanding the complex economic behavioral processes and systems. To acknowledge this void, we borrow some of the key fundamental concepts of entropy methods, and non equilibrium physical systems dynamics, to develop a theoretical economic framework for self-organizing-optimizing economic behavior systems at the macro-level, that are based on nonlinear individual behavior at the micro-level. We illustrate the use of the proposed framework with applications that provides a basis for linking the econometric information sources
