INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF FUNCTIONING OF AN AUTHORIZED ECONOMIC OPERATOR

The functional aspects of the unification of the institutional mechanism of an economic operator were investigated. The mechanism of an authorized economic operator was considered as a system of non-unified legal, economic, marketing and social determinants of the genesis of the legal institute of an authorized economic operator. The system of regulation of activities of authorized economic operators by international and domestic standards was analyzed. Projects of normative and legal acts, which concretize the discussion and collision aspects of the functioning of the institute under study were examined. The attention was focused on the current prospects for increased international trade. The role and tasks of this institute were identifed in the framework of economic policy.
