Institutional support for the functioning of landscape-ecological complexes

This paper deals with directions to institutionalize the use of land resources in the region. Guidelines for implementation of informal norms contributing to the development of mental installations of formation an efficient owner have been recommended, as well as priority areas of the mechanism of its innovation and investment security have been defined. Institutional support for functioning of the landscape-ecological complexes system has been justified.
