During a pandemic, the majority of young people find a job by using their connections. The relative share of those who believed that it was difficult to find a job that matched their chosen specialty was 40% among the surveyed young people who had received a high-quality education and worked outside of their specialty. 14.2% of the respondents experienced delays in their salary payments.
