Interoperable Visual Representation System : Expression of Physical and Intellectual Matter (Annex to the Development of the General Theory of Matter under Systems Thinking): Generation and Transmission of Knowledge (Circuits) in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

The author already published different articles on Matter theory under a systemic vision on one side, and knowledge-acquisitions methods in the AI era (with the special case of Chat-GPT) on the other one. This article intends to merge both topics by exposing theoretical and practical applicability arguments, with a major relevance of dynamical visual representation systems, especially within system theory and complexity science. An initial institutional design activity framework is also presented, in order to benefit from new knowledge acquisition
