Design/methodology/approach – This interview and transcript is prepared by an independent writer. Findings – Presents David Norton's views on the balanced scorecard, the hall of fame, strategy and his academic life. Practical implications – Provides strategic insights and practical thinking that have influenced some of the world's leading organizations.
