Justification of strategy of development of administrative competences of the enterprise

Tthe article is concentrated on one of the most pressing issues of strategic management relating to the complexity of the formation and development of managerial competences of the enterprise. The study of the evolution of approaches and concepts of strategic management has defined the concept of knowledge management and priorities of key competencies to create competitive advantages and achieve longterm effectiveness of the enterprise. This made it possible to justify the formation the complex of strategies of management competencies of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, identify areas and means of their development.
