Key Determinants of a Long-Term Forecast of Russia's Economic Development
This article discusses a number of interconnected problems related to the development of a long-term forecast. The connecting idea is the quality of economic growth, which is expressed as changes in exchange proportions on world markets. In turn, exchange proportions on world markets and the quality of economic growth are determined by technical progress. The proposed approach to forecasting technological changes makes it possible to quantitatively measure and forecast the quality of economic growth.
