Kinetic approach to the long-time behaviour in fluids
We analyze the one-body propagator, describing formally the exact motion of one particle in a fluid, which plays an important role in the kinetic analysis of the long-time behavior of the Green-Kubo integrands, as presented in the two previous papers of this series. The non-uniform character of the hydrodynamic limit is stressed.
