Knowledge Management and Diversification Strategies

This article aims to address the topic “Knowledge Management and Diversification Strategy” and refers to relationship between these subjects. The first point begins to do a theoretical approach about Knowledge Management (KM), the second point does a theoretical approach about diversification strategy, and finally the third point does the linkage between KM and diversification strategy. I concluded that the KM is essential for formulation of diversification strategies for those, such as firms, governments, NGO's, etc that want to follow the right way for their growth and development and be updated for progresses and challenges that could appear in their environment context, without forget that we nowadays we are living in the global place based on knowledge economy
