L’adoption du e-learning selon la « grounded theory», facteur de cohérence des pratiques de formation dans les entreprises
The aim of this press release is to present the first results of a piece of research. The choice of methodology results from the specificities of the context. The inductive approach advocated by the grounded theory highlights the preponderant role of adoption of e-learning methods in the examination of experience gained. The context of the adoption decision is largely dependent on the existence of coherence between the technological environment, the quality of the information system and the training practises used by the companies. The advantage that e-learning can bring is as much linked to these factors as to the managerial desires of the heads of companies.
