L'enseignement de la microéconométrie. Quels atouts ? Quelles difficultés ?

Microeconometrics has experienced a remarkable growth over the last twenty years. This development, which can be observed even outside the academia, rests for an essential part on the increased availability and diffusion of microeconomic databases. But the progress observed in econometric methods, as well as that associated with new computers and softwares have also played an important role in this evolution. Nevertheless, our teaching practices have not evolved as much as one could have expected given these ?technological changes?. We then suggest some modifications of our pedagogical practices in order to improve the efficiency and relevance of the teaching of microeconometrics.
