L'organisation publique de la concurrence est-elle source d'efficience ? L'aide à domicile

In analysing home care services in terms of ?prices regimes?, I show that the quasi-market system for care is a major factor in the actual crisis of original non for-profit providers. Though the competition between four different prices regimes is the main cause of the crisis, the remedy proposed by the state still increase competition in order to improve the sector efficiency. Such a solution can only reduce the quality of services.
