La quantification au service de l’observation sociale locale : à quelles conditions ?

Today, the infra national levels have an increasing autonomy of decision which brings news needs of information and a renewal of its production forms. With the support of academics for the methodological purpose, the Grenoble urban affairs observation work shows that the public action requires a posture of local social observation and territorial device of animation. The paper is dedicated to this local experience of collective construction of production using socioeconomic data in political purposes
