The purpose of this research is to review past literature of accounting in relation to technological advancement, especially in cloud-based accounting application. We begin by discussing the integration of technology into accounting process on small and medium sized enterprise (SME), continued by review on cloud computing, its advantage and disadvantage, and its importance to keep the SMEs up to date within modern business world.
