Literature Review Outline and Annotated Bibliography of Commuter Rail Service in New Mexico

This segment is a general review of the literature that will assist in the research to identify the leadership roles needed to implement commuter rail service in New Mexico. Although, specific literature on this topic is very limited, there are documents that are in existence that commonly focus on the commuter industry. Three areas will be highlighted in the literature included commuter rail perspectives in other areas of the country, international transit industry perceptions, and national transit industry issues.
