Man and Matter : How the Former Gains Ownership of the Latter
This paper develops, from the starting point of a holistic view of self-ownership as "being," a novel theory of property. I target acquisition of landed property, in contrast to the Lockean theory of absolute property and the theory of property as possession, and derive its legitimacy from self-ownership. The drafted theory avoids or solves the greatest shortcomings of aforementioned theories, and provides a logically stringent defense of property as use-right
