MANAGEMENT BY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALISTS ON A MANAGEMENT BY A PERSONNEL ON THE ENTERPRISE
In the article theoretical directions of forming of integral mechanism of management are expounded by professional development of specialists on the basis of separation of competenses that influence on quality of work of industrial hi-tech enterprise. In addition, the questions of sources forming of key professional competenses of managers are examined in the conditions of innovative development. Educating of leaders and specialists must become a primary concern on a management by a personnel, that does not have the special education on the programs "conditional" specialization. An aim of such programs is an increase of professional and administrative competence. The basic tasks of the similar programs are considered in the article. Educational technologies of skilled " rearmament" must be base on base professional competenses of specialists, characterized by continuity and multi-variant approach, to include for itself preparation of specialists, since a pre-professional (vocational orientation, starting) level to forming of innovative professional elite.
