MEASURES OF "GOODNESS OF FIT" IN ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION: EXPECTATIONS, GOALS, VALUES AND COMMUNICATION

Entry congruencies of superior-subordinate expectations, goals, and values, plus subordinate satisfaction with organizational communication, were hypothesized as significant measures of "goodness of fit" of individuals and organizations.
