Mesurer les coûts de la non-coopération européenne en matière énergétique

Our paper aims at assessing the efficiency of the European coordination in the field of electricity. For that purpose, we develop various indices allowing a comparison of the European countries as regards the adequacy of their performances with main European goals in terms of energy policy (sustainability, competitiveness, safety of supply). We show that such indices can provide an assessment of the efficiency regarding the coordination between European countries.
