Methodological Problems in the Development of the State National Economic Plan

The theses of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, published on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, point out that, thanks to the planned development of the national economy, conditions are being created within the socialist society for the effective administration of the economy on an all-national scale, for establishing optimal proportions and a rational distribution of production forces and for savings in material, labor and financial resources.
