Methods of Calculating Capital Investments on a Territorial Basis
The effectiveness of social production forms in three stages: in the planning of its development, in the implementation of construction plans, and in the functioning of enterprises. In the first stage the decisive parameters of production are determined: the volume of production in accordance with the needs of the economy, the composition and capacities of the enterprise, technology, location, interregional relations, level of one-time and current expenditures รข i.e., the foundations of the effectiveness of social production are laid. At the same time, the indices of the effectiveness of capital investment largely depend on the methods employed. For this reason, great importance attaches to the investigation of the problem of calculating one-time expenditures as one of the basic components (elements) in the assessment of the comparative effectiveness of the location of the productive forces.
