Microcomputers and energy policy analysis : Growth prospects in Developing Countries

The article examines the implications for energy policy analysis and decision-making in LDCs of the development and proliferation of microcomputers. It summarizes some of the policy areas that are amenable to microcomputer applications, and outlines frequently used approaches that can be performed on microcomputers, and presents experiences in training applications in Indonesia and Philippines.
