Microeconomic Integration of Institutionalized Project Financing in Transition Economies

The main objective of the proposed research is to discover and to describe the essential nature, translational behaviour and implementation patterns of the international project financing as of a new feasible instrument of the financial support to the micro-level industrial operators in transition economies. As a complementary task, the research will also consider the evolving efficiencies in project financing, both componentized and in its entirety. In this respect, special focus will be brought to the linkages existing between an enterprise development function and its macroeconomic impacts. One of the key sub-tasks falling under the scope of this research paper is identification and substantiation of theoretical, methodological and institutional background of project financing, including the mechanisms for integrational involvement of the institutionalized counterparts with international presence. Specific frameworks to ensure proper co-action between the partners with advanced proprietary investment vehicles and the transition economy objects will also be reviewed. The principles of complex analysis will be applied to assess the international project financing efficiency and effectiveness, funding resources adequate structuring and optimal timing of inflows, contours of ongoing growth as well as backup strategies for exit
