Modélisation de la décision de santé : une approche exploratoire par les cartes cognitives

The aim of the article is to propose a model of the healthcare decision process. If the decision process is at the center of the consumer behavior theory, the literature in marketing is very poor on the subject of the healthcare decision and its specificities. The present research is based on an exploratory methodology, using cognitive cards as a base to propose different healthcare decision process.
