In the article going is exposed near essence of the opened innovations and going near interpretation of concept "innovation". The constituents of the opened innovations are selected and their description is resulted. The key elements of process, influencing on forming of the opened innovations on an enterprise, are rotined. Comparative principles of the opened and closed innovations are considered on machine-building enterprises.
