Monitoring learning for sustainability : developing a cross-EU approach : final report

This report presents the conclusions of the study to develop a monitoring framework for learning for sustainability that was carried out to advise the European Commission. It includes (i) a conceptual framework, and what needs to be measured; (ii) the lessons learned with regard to the challenges and opportunities for EU level monitoring; (iii) the extent to which data already exist that meets the needs of the conceptual framework; (iv) a proposal for a implementation plan for monitoring learning for sustainability, and finally, (v) recommendations for policymakers."
