Morala Crestina si Coruptia in Statul de Drept - Christian Morale and Corruption in State of Law (Romanian version)

It is fashionable talking about state of law; but the state of law is in fact a model, a pattern of thinking. This concept is the object of the specialist’s in law, economics, philosophy and it must be understood according with the principle: freedom without authority altering, authority without freedom degenerating and with Christian’s morale. The evolution of Christian’s morale (beginning with physiocrats and finishing with Marx) enlightens the concept of state of law. Gratitude, goodwill, tolerance, peace, trust and respect are Christian values. On the other side we find corruption: we can find it in all political regimes (democratic or totalitarians).
