Muhasebecilerin Marka Algıları Ve Tüketici Özelliklerinin (Yenilikçilik Ve Fikir Liderliği) Uzun Dönemde Müşteri-Marka İlişkisini Belirleyen Faktörler Üzerine Etkisi (The Effect of the Accountants Brand Perceptions and Consumer Characteristics (Innovativeness and Opinion Leadership) on the Factor Determined the Costumer-Brand Relationship in the Long Run)

Bu çalışmada muhasebecilerin marka algıları (marka saygınlığı, markanın tahmin edilebilirliği ve marka imajı) ile tüketici özelliklerinin (yenilikçilik ve fikir liderliği) uzun dönemde müşteri ve marka ilişkisini belirleyen faktörler (fiyata duyarlılık ve ilişkisel bağlılık) üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Oluşturulan modelde değişkenler arası ilişkileri test etmek için 1442 muhasebeciden anket yoluyla elde edilen veri, yapısal denklem modelleme tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, teorik modelle uyumlu olarak hipotezleri desteklemektedir. Analiz sonuçları, muhasebe yazılım pazarında marka saygınlığı, markanın tahmin edilebilirliği ve marka imajı gibi tüketici algılarının ilişkisel bağlılık üzerinde pozitif ve istatistiki olarak anlamlı etkiye, ilişkisel bağlılığın fiyata olan duyarlık üzerinde negatif ve anlamlı bir etkiye fikir liderliği ve yenilikçiliğin muhasebecilerin fiyata olan duyarlılıkları üzerinde negatif ve istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of the accountants brand perceptions (brand reputation, brand predictability, brand image and relationship commitment) and consumer characteristics (innovativeness and opinion leadership) on the factors determined the costumer-brand relationship in the long run. For this aim, the data obtained from 1442 accountants via questionnaire to test all relationships between variables in the model was analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. The findings confirmed the proposed hypotheses, which are consistent with the theoretical model. Analysis results showed that consumer perceptions as brand reputation, brand predictability and brand image in the accounting software market has statistically significant effect on relationship commitment, relationship commitment has negatively and significant effect on price sensitivity and innovativeness and opinion leadership have negatively and statistically significant effect on price sensitivity
