This article gives reasons as to why Maslow's Theory/Hierarchy of Needs is inaccurate. It also gives reasons why the same is inaccurate in an organizational perspective. The author also gives an alternative model of needs, namely the Nain Model, which is particularly applicable in an Organizational perspective.
